Doc Hastings spoke Monday at the Washington State Horticultural Association about immigration reform. He said we should try to get something done before George Bush is out of office.
Unfortunately even though Doc has been in Congress since 1994, he doesn’t have the standing among his colleagues to do anything. So, he takes a shot at labor unions, throws up his hands and calls it good.
It is amazing how ineffective Doc Hastings is given his seniority in Congress.
