Has anyone noticed our state’s ranking on consumer fraud? According to the Federal Trade Commission, Washington State is the second worst in the nation.
It’s time for a new AG. As McKenna’s opponent John Ladenburg says:
” No matter what the source, it’s clear that we have a huge problem with Consumer Fraud and Identity Theft. The current Attorney General has done nothing to address the issue or solve the problem. While he runs so-called “public service” ads touting non-existent progress, the victims mount up.
It’s no surprise, the current Attorney General has never been a Prosecutor, never tried a criminal case, and has absolutely no experience in law enforcement.”
