On Monday, I went a press briefing with the Democratic Governors Association. There, Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer was asked how he felt about McCain’s desire to review the interstate compact of Western States on the use of the Colorado River. Schweiter replied, in Montana we have a saying: whisky is for drinking and water is for fighting.
Schweitzer believed that the democratic governors of Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico might have something to say to McCain about that issue. Look for Brian as a speaker before Hillary tonight. Then Hillary takes center stage as we celebrate the accomplishments of all women to bring about a better country and a better democracy.
