Finally, Diane Ensey (wife of Yakima City Councilmember Rick Ensey) apologizes for her anonymous blog and the lies about our good friend Ron Bonlender:
“I can be pretty erratic, you know,” Ensey said in the deposition. “I think the main thing was that I didn’t want … to make a mess for Rick, and so that was probably the biggest reason for not using my name on my blog.
“But again … I have been diagnosed with a social anxiety disorder; I can say one thing one time and a couple months later say something else. I’m erratic, if nothing else, and you know, I think I’ve learned my lesson in a very, very strong way. I’m terribly sorry that the post was misread the way it was. And I feel awful about it.”
