Gov. Gregoire makes impromptu stop in Pierce County to meet future voter

Campaign press secretary is a new dad

WASHINGTON STATE – Gov. Chris Gregoire made an unscheduled visit to Tacoma General Hospital to greet a brand new Washingtonian, Thor Moses Toso. Thor is the newborn baby son of Gregoire’s press secretary Aaron and his wife Meghan.

Thor arrived late on Wednesday, Oct. 29th. Both he and his new mommy are doing extremely well and resting comfortably.

While unable to vote until the 2026 general election, Thor supports Gov. Gregoire’s goal of expanding healthcare to all of his future friends in pre-school; already cares about a clean Puget Sound; and is looking forward to having a “green” collar job when he gets out of college (or apprenticeship if he chooses to go that route).

The Toso family would like to extend their thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Tacoma General.
