In a string of emails on April 8th Kathy Coffey and Bruce Smith and Rick Ensey communicate back and forth to set a meeting time amongst themselves to discuss their budget plot. They finally agree on meeting at Bruce’s office at 9:45 AM because Kathy had an ONDS meeting at 8:30 AM.
In her email to Ensey and B.S. she states:
I have an ONDS meeting at 8:30. It’s a full agenda but because Bill and I are the only ones that are going to be there we’ll either get a lot done quickly or nothing. Kc
At the April 8th ONDS meeting just past 9:30 am she started getting a bit antsy. Remember she has an all important meeting with the great Puppet Master at 9:45. With discussion still under way with Maud Scott, Archie Matthews, Bill Cook and Bill Lover she abrubtly announces she has to leave for an “appointment” and gets up and leaves and Bill Lover is left as the only council member to finish up. What a sad event! Kathy Coffey, behaving like a lap dog, put her tail between her legs and left a committee meeting to plot and scheme and help engineer their power play. Here we have a city councilmember putting Bruce Almighty above the people’s business! You have to admit, she is a dedicated servant. Too bad it’s not to the people of Yakima.
