Imagine you were on the board of a company.
There were some people in charge but clearly some other members of the board thought they should be in charge. They had their own projects that they felt could use more company resources.
But, they kept screaming “THE COMPANY IS SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY!!!” They didn’t have the votes on the board to overthrow the current people in power so they just went around telling everyone that the current leadership is doing everything wrong and spending too much money.
They don’t have any solutions but they do continually lobby the rest of the board for money for their projects.
Isn’t this crazy? If you were on that board, wouldn’t you start ignoring these people? That’s what the Central Washington Republicans in the legislature are doing? It’s not effective. It’s not working…AND, most importantly, it’s not serving the people of Central Washington
