In this episode we see Bruce Smith and Kathy Coffey setting up one of their coffee shop rendezvous. Bruce also invites Kathy to “the poker game”.

Kathy:
Sounds good, just let me know when and where. I think it’s your turn to buy coffee anyway.

Curious to see what the survey says.

I’m looking for(ward) to spending Ken’s money from tonight’s game….You should come, if only to watch (if you don’t play), although you are welcome to play. We moved to jerry’s fpr more space because we have more players during the winter. I know we have 1-2 open seats tonight

Bruce

‘Ken’ that Bruce refers to is Ken Messer, Kathy’s husband and general manager at KYVE TV. The ‘Jerry’ is no doubt property owner & manager, Jerry Maggard. Interesting group of poker players. I wonder if Commissioner Leita decided on installing Maggard on the library board at one of these poker games? Remember when Leita had a dustup with then Library Director Monica Weyhe? Monica’s intelligence was too much for the alpha dog so he put his shill on the board to be the swing vote to fire her. Didn’t matter that Maggard not only didn’t have a library card but probably never set foot inside one!
Kinda makes one curious as to who else gets these special invitations. And perhaps how appointments are considered. We know County Commissioners Leita and Elliott attend. How about representative Ross? How about Bill Lover and Rick Ensey? How about the Republican Party chair? How about Tim Eyman? How about the phony endorsement organization people; Ryan Beckett, Mark Peterson, Joe Walsh etc. Seems like they would all fit in.

    yawn:0 I’m sorry, where’s the smoking gun?

Ron is this all you have to do is go over and over the old e-mail, I know you spent your money on the transcripts and want to get your moneys worth but Dude you need to get a life.

A few posts back you gave Kathy a pass for saying she was sorry about the whole mess.

I seen your dipstick lawyer got some money and media out of it, you just keep bringing the same old tired dead horse to the blog.

Unless the meetings have been in the last month, it is nothing but old, resolved news.

Let it go, the horse is dead, quit beating it.
