Moses Lake is trying to figure out how to deal with all the yardsigns. Every year about this time, we see political yardsigns on medians, on barns, and up on top of fenceposts.
Well, the Moses Lake City Council is trying to clarify the rules while not limiting free speech. It sounds like a tall order.
