We have not yet moved from the cave, hair pulling and grabbing that other, more-polite guy's portion of the kill. Is there a reason? 1. All volunteer military? 2. NRA? 3. Domineering law enforcement? 4. The Patriot Act? 5. The "Nice guy's never win" syndrome? 6. Drugs? 7. Our undiminished support of corrupt governments? 8. The populating of the Congress by those who can afford it, in place of those who are statesmen oriented. 9. The sleazy actions of big money and our relaxation of monitoring systems. (Remember Reagan?) 10. Theatrical violence? 11. Sub Sandwiches?
